What it is
A Google Business Profile is the free listing Google shows for your business in Maps and in the map pack: name, address, phone, hours, photos, reviews, services and posts. A lot of profiles are half-finished — one category, no services, a few old photos. This is the whole thing done once, by the founder, by hand, so Google knows exactly what you do and where, and a customer sees a business that is open and answering.
What it costs
No monthly fee. No contract. No setup fee beyond the $750. You pay once, you get the finished profile, the handoff doc and a walkthrough call, and nothing renews. If you want it managed after that, the Local SEO Starter is $1,400 a month, month-to-month, and you can decide that later or never.

Who it is for
A San Diego County business that is new, or claimed its profile years ago and never touched it, or bought one of the cheap automated setups and got nothing. Contractors and trades first — plumbers, HVAC, roofers, electricians, landscapers — then clinics, shops, restaurants, gyms, salons and professional firms. If your customers type what you do and expect Google to hand them someone nearby, the profile is where that starts.

How long
The work is delivered in 10 business days from the day we have your logins, photos and answers. The one step we do not control is verification: Google decides the method and the timing, and it can take days or weeks. We prepare everything for it, sit with you through it, and keep building the rest of the profile while it is pending. Nobody can promise a ranking from a profile, and we do not. What we promise is a finished, correct, owned listing.

Ownership
The profile is created under your Google account or transferred to it. We are added as a manager to do the work and removed the day you ask. You own everything: the profile, the photos, the copy, the review link.
Not included
Day ten is a call, a document and a finished profile. Nothing renews unless you ask it to.

We walk you through the profile, the review link and the ask script, and where to post if you want to keep it alive yourself. The doc has your logins, the checklist with everything ticked, and the baseline screenshot. If you never want to hear from us again, that is a complete outcome. Plenty of businesses should stop here.
02 / If you want it ongoing
Four posts a month, photo refresh, Q&A, a response to every review within two business days, a monthly review-ask campaign, the 50+ directory build-out in month one, one new keyword-targeted page a month, rank tracking on 10 keywords and a monthly report and call. Month-to-month, no setup fee, no minimum term: cancel with notice before the next billing date and that month is the last one billed. The Starter in full, and every price in one place.
03 / First cohort
Start any monthly plan in the first cohort and the $750 profile setup is on us. Ten seats or March 31, 2027, whichever comes first; one location per client; waived, never refunded. The one thing we ask in return is permission to publish an anonymized before-and-after at day 90 — your trade and your area, numbers only, no business name. We do not name clients. Nothing about it is tied to a review, ever.
The automated setups exist and they are cheap. This is a different thing, and the difference is in the list above.
Every field is written for your business
The founder reads your website, your reviews and your answers, then picks the categories, writes the description, builds the services list and names the photos. An automated setup fills the fields; it does not know that you do tile roofs and not shingle, or that you cover Poway but not Temecula. Google ranks on those details.
The review engine is included
Reviews decide the map pack more than any other single thing you control, and most businesses never ask. The link, the QR card, the script and the SMS template are in the $750, so on day eleven you can ask the customer you just finished a job for, in words that do not sound like marketing.
Verification is handled with you, not left to you
Google's verification is where most do-it-yourself and automated setups stall. We sit with you through the video call or the postcard, prepare the evidence Google tends to ask for, and if the profile is suspended we help with the appeal. Google still decides. We do not pretend otherwise.
You keep ownership and there is nothing to cancel
The profile lives in your Google account. We are a manager you can remove. There is no monthly fee attached, no contract, and no upsell required for the setup to be complete. New shop. No fake reviews. Est. 2026.
